Las Tres Casitas is three buildings, each split down the middle into two apartments. Right now we rent both halves of the third building, 3A and 3B. Residencial Montesino is our second building, a few minutes away. All of them take a stay of a few nights or a stay of five months, and the monthly rate includes the utilities.

How do I book?

Send your dates through the form below or on WhatsApp. We confirm availability, agree on the rate, and take a deposit to hold the dates.

Is there a minimum stay?

Yes. Two months from November to April, which is the high season, and twenty nights from May to October. We let these apartments by the season, not by the week. That is what makes it possible to include the electricity, the running water and the Starlink Wi-Fi in the rate without metering any of it.

What are check in and check out?

Check in from 3pm and check out by 11am. Tell us your flight and we will do our best to hold the apartment longer.

Do you take long term guests?

Yes. By the month the rate includes the electricity, the running water and the Starlink Wi-Fi, with no cap on any of them.

How do I get there from the airport?

Puerto Plata (POP) is 25 minutes away. How to get here from the airport.

What does it cost to stay in Costambar?

Write to us with your dates and we will give you the rate. It comes down by the month, and a monthly stay includes the electricity, the running water and the Starlink Wi-Fi, none of it metered. More on monthly and winter stays.

Where is Costambar?

It is a gated beach community on the north coast, ten minutes from downtown Puerto Plata and twenty five from the airport. Quiet, walkable, and residential rather than a hotel strip.

Is there anywhere to eat nearby?

El Farolito, El Carey, Estrella de Mar, La Perla de Hamburgo, Happy Hippo and Mar y Sol are all here in the village, and there are colmados for the everyday things.

What is there to do around Costambar?

The 27 waterfalls at Damajagua are forty minutes away, the teleférico up Isabel de Torres fifteen, and the old town with the San Felipe fort ten. Cabarete, for kite and surf, is forty.
