Las Tres Casitas is three houses, each split down the middle into two homes. Right now we rent both halves of the third house, 3A and 3B. Residencial Montesino is our second building, a few minutes away.

How do I book?

Send your dates through the form below or on WhatsApp. We confirm availability, agree on the rate, and take a deposit to hold the dates.

Is there a minimum stay?

Three nights most of the year, and longer over Christmas and New Year. Ask us if your dates are shorter, we are flexible when we can be.

What are check in and check out?

Check in from 3pm and check out by 11am. Tell us your flight and we will do our best to hold the casita longer.

Do you take long term guests?

Yes, and many of our guests are. Monthly rates include utilities.

How do I get there from the airport?

Puerto Plata (POP) is 25 minutes away.

What does it cost to stay in Costambar?

Ours are $150 a night, whichever one you take. By the month it comes down and the utilities are included. Send us your dates and we will give you the number. More on monthly and winter stays.

Where is Costambar?

It is a gated beach community on the north coast, ten minutes from downtown Puerto Plata and twenty five from the airport. Quiet and walkable, and houses more than hotels.

Is there anywhere to eat nearby?

El Farolito, El Carey, Estrella de Mar, La Perla de Hamburgo, Happy Hippo and Mar y Sol are all here in the village, and there are colmados for the everyday things.

What is there to do around Costambar?

The 27 waterfalls at Damajagua are forty minutes away, the teleférico up Isabel de Torres fifteen, and the old town with the San Felipe fort ten. Cabarete, for kite and surf, is forty.
