About us
We are Elsa and Florencio. We have lived in Costambar for fifteen years, and we are the people who answer when you write.
How we got here
We came to Costambar fifteen years ago and fell for the people and the way life runs here before we fell for anything else. We bought a small apartment. We stayed.
In 2022 we decided to turn what we had into something we ran properly, and that is what you are looking at. We are not an agency and we do not live somewhere else. Our neighbours are the same neighbours, the colmado is the same colmado, and the beach is five minutes from our door as well as yours.
Two buildings, five homes
Las Tres Casitas is three buildings, each split down the middle into two separate homes — 1A and 1B, 2A and 2B, 3A and 3B, six rentals in all. They are let as room types rather than by name: two bedrooms with one bathroom, and two bedrooms with two. You choose the type and we give you the apartment.
Residencial Montesino is our second building, a few minutes away. Three apartments are available there — 1A, 1B and 2A — each with two bedrooms and two and a half baths, and a pool and barbecue in the shared garden.
How we do things
You book with us directly. No platform, no service fee. When you send your dates, one of us reads it and answers, usually the same day, in English or Spanish.
Everything works when you arrive: Starlink in every unit, air conditioning, a full kitchen, parking, and an inverter that carries the power cuts. Stay by the month and the electricity, the running water and the Wi-Fi are included.
We live here. If something breaks, we come and fix it. And if you want to know where to eat or how to get to the waterfalls, just ask us. Fifteen years is long enough to know the answer.
